NICOLAS MULTON, PASTRY CHEF AT VILLA RENE LALIQUE IS AWARDED AT THE MICHELIN STAR CEREMONY

We are thrilled to announce that Nicolas Multon, pastry chef alongside Jean-Georges Klein at Villa René Lalique, is among the first recipients of the “Passion Dessert” prize, jointly created by Michelin and Valrhona. He was among the 30 pastry chefs working daily in a French starred restaurant selected by the Guide Michelin inspectors for this accolade, a fitting recognition of his talent.

It is an honour to receive the Passion Dessert 2019 prize from Guide Michelin, which is recognizing the pastry chef’s art for the first time this year. I would like to thank all those I work with, who have given their all day in day out to help me win this wonderful accolade.
